Explorer Associates offer a complete independent Stock Control Audit with presentation of results tailored to the clients stock control system / database.  Recommendations can be provided of minimum and maximum stock levels taking into account important financial and engineering aspects.

In 2008 Explorer Associates were commissioned to uplift a complete petro-chemical store from Italy to Pakistan.  Explorer Associates developed a bespoke bar code system which controlled and accounted for the stock at all times.  The system included provision for ‘high and low’ stock holdings, automatic ordering and management of asset movements via containers, including overseas shipping lists and insurance documentation.
