Project management carried out on two of Grolsch's main Brewery plants in Holland.  These plants were decommissioned and the assets sold on by DoveBid

Project and Independent Health & Safety management for the Folkestone & Hythe Sea Cadet Unit.  Carried out by Walker Construction (UK) Ltd. a £300K project to convert a large warehouse into a functional cadet hall with classrooms, galley, armoury, drill square and boat house.  All this was completed without lost time or a recorded incident.
